At LBD, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
